We believe…

As a collective, we believe in the fundamental Gospel. That God so loved the world, that He gave His only son, born of man and God, to live amongst men, and then bear their sins on the cross.

1 Corinthians 15:3-7
3
For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received: that Christ died for our sins in accordance with the Scriptures, 4 that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures, 5 and that he appeared to Cephas, then to the twelve. 6 Then he appeared to more than five hundred brothers at one time, most of whom are still alive, though some have fallen asleep. 7 Then he appeared to James, then to all the apostles.

We believe in the Godhead, three in one—God the Father, Jesus the Son, and the Holy spirit. We believe that Jesus bore our sins on the cross, died, and rose again. We believe in the presence of the Holy Spirit, and that He is with us, dwells in us, and guides us daily. We believe in his very real and tangible presence that changes us, empowers us, anoints us, and transforms lives.

John 14:25-27
25 “All this I have spoken while still with you. 26 But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you. 27 Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.

Isaiah 40: 28-31
Have you not known? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He does not faint or grow weary; his understanding is unsearchable. He gives power to the faint, and to him who has no might he increases strength. Even youths shall faint and be weary, and young men shall fall exhausted; but they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.

Worship

We believe that worship connects us to God. We believe that when we worship in Spirit and in truth, we allow ourselves to connect with the Father’s heart and allow Him to minister to us and through worship. We believe in real, passionate worship, and encourage others to join us as we yield to the move of the Spirit.

John 4:24
God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth.

Psalm 103:1
Praise the Lord, my soul;
all my inmost being, praise his holy name.

Psalm 95:6
Come, let us bow down in worship,
let us kneel before the Lord our Maker.

Communion

We believe that communion is fundamental to our faith. We are not meant to do life alone. We were made for communion with God and with each other. We partake of this in many ways. As a church, we will have communion in the form of a meal after every service.

1 Corinthians 11:23-26

For I pass on to you what I received from the Lord himself. On the night when he was betrayed, the Lord Jesus took some bread 24 and gave thanks to God for it. Then he broke it in pieces and said, “This is my body, which is given for you. Do this to remember me.” 25 In the same way, he took the cup of wine after supper, saying, “This cup is the new covenant between God and his people—an agreement confirmed with my blood. Do this to remember me as often as you drink it.” 26 For every time you eat this bread and drink this cup, you are announcing the Lord’s death until he comes again.

Revival

We believe that revival is at hand and we want to experience it in our lives! We align our hearts with the Father’s desire for salvation and restoration of all mankind. We gather with the intention of pressing into spiritual connection with the Father, through the Holy Spirit’s power, and Him meeting us right where we’re at.

Isaiah 64:1-4

“Oh that you would rend the heavens and come down, that the mountains might quake at your presence— as when fire kindles brushwood and the fire causes water to boil— to make your name known to your adversaries, and that the nations might tremble at your presence! When you did awesome things that we did not look for, you came down, the mountains quaked at your presence. From of old no one has heard or perceived by the ear, no eye has seen a God besides you, who acts for those who wait for him.”
